Rami Khoury is Executive Vice-President and Managing Director of the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII). He is a seasoned development finance and management professional with deep knowledge and experience in the Middle East. Based in Palestine, he manages MEII’s international programs and offices. Previously, he worked as a Senior Investment Manager for the Danish Investment Funds (IFU) in Copenhagen and as Deputy Chief of Party on a USAID funded financial sector reform project in Palestine. He also worked as an Investment Officer for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and as a Senior Auditor with KPMG in Bahrain and Palestine.  He earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Khoury is a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois.
