Mariem Chalouati is the Senior Office and Finance for the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII). She has ten years of experience working on accounting and financial issues at multiple multinational institutions. Prior to MEII, she worked as a Finance Manager for a number of USAID projects in Tunisia. She also worked with several professional accounting firms as an Executive Accountant. Prior to that, Ms. Chalouati worked with the Tunis International Bank as an HR Officer. Ms. Chalouati holds a dual degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Tunis Higher Institute of Management-ISG. She served as the international relationship manager with the Institute of Internal Auditors in Tunisia, and spoke at international forums representing the institute.
