Elizabeth A. Liechty is a senior partner at the Charter Financial Group, a private financial advisory firm located in Annapolis, Maryland.  Elizabeth is a registered representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp., a broker/dealer and registered investment advisor, and a member of Lincoln Financial Group, a fortune 500 company.

Ms. Liechty provides financial planning for nationally respected thought leaders, fortune 200 executives, small business owners as well as non-profit organizations. Elizabeth is a charter board member of Lincoln’s WISE (Women Inspiring, Supporting and Educating) Group as well as a member of The Resource Group[1] (TRG), an elite group of financial planners within Lincoln Financial Advisors. In addition to her professional commitments, she provides financial expertise to several non-profit organizations including Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Spiritual and Bereavement Care Center and their Beads for Brits Program that provides food and shelter for patients served by our sister hospice in South Africa. Ms Liechty is Co-Chair of the Chesapeake Kids for Hospice of the Chesapeake. Acknowledged for both her leadership and volunteer efforts, in 2008 Elizabeth proudly accepted the Legacy Award[2] from Lincoln Financial Advisors for her humanitarian efforts. In 2014 she received the Elite Award for Community Outreach from the National Life and Health Underwriters[3]; and in 2014 and 2019 acknowledged by peers statewide as one of Maryland’s Top 100 women[4].  In 2018 she received the Invest in Others Global Community Impact Award[5] for the Blue Elephant Canvas Project that supports children in the hospice system, both locally and in South Africa. The Blue Elephant Canvas Project resulted in Ms Liechty writing the children’s book “The Blue Elephant,” that in 2018 became an animated film that debuted at the Annapolis Film Festival.
