Program name and description

The Informal Livelihoods Advancement Activity “Iqlaaع”, is a five-year USAID-funded program that aims to support Jordan's Micro and Small Enterprises to grow, transform, and become resilient to future shocks. Mercy Corps leads on the implementation of Iqlaaع, and the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) is one of the partners. Under Iqlaaع, MEII will implement “Tamweeli Assist”, to enhance financial literacy, business management skills, and increase access to finance of SMEs.

Overall objectives

MEII is seeking independent accounting software companies to submit quotations for providing simplified Accounting and Bookkeeping Software for the use of Microenterprises (up to 10 employees) and Small enterprises (up to 49 employees), hereafter called “MSEs”.

 

Eligibility

All local and international companies with experience in MSE software provision, including an adapted simple accounting and bookkeeping software and proven trained support staff with ability to mobilize within various regions of Jordan.

Details for receipt of applications

Your response to this RFQ shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to Middle East Investment Initiative - Abraj Emmar, A building, 1st floor, office number 20 - Zahran Street, the Sixth circle-Amman, Jordan. All documents must be in English.
